Shipping
Free shipping on jewelry orders over $100 within the Continental US. Reasonable shipping rates apply for all other orders. Shipping is NOT included in the price of the hats or for jewelry orders under $100. Please contact me for pricing.
Returns
My goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact me within five business days to make arrangements. Please fully insure any returned items. Shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. The item must be returned in new condition, clean and unworn. Hats with any type of soil or makeup residue will not be accepted for return. I will exchange or issue credit for the original purchase price when all of the terms above are met. All items returned for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom designs, sizes, and colors are not returnable.
